Dashboard Tab Functions

After your project is successfully created, your main dashboard offers a set of action tabs. Each one plays a specific role in tracking and managing KOLs efficiently.

1. View All KOL

View and manage your list of authorized KOLs.

Key Data:

  1. KOL names (@handle)

  2. Last post submitted (e.g., Today, 2d ago)

  3. Contract expiration date

  4. Actions:

  • Sort by expiration or last submission

  • You can click the individual KOL keyboard to see full profiles

2. Total Stats

View an overall summary of KOL activity.

  • KOLs – Number of KOLs onboarded

  • Partners – Number of project partners connected

  • Posts – Combined number of posts from all KOLs

  • Total Deals – Total token deal allocations across all KOLs

  • Total Sent – Total tokens already sent to KOLs’ wallets

  • Token Sold – Total tokens sold by all KOLs to date

  • Number of PMs – Total project managers you (as the owner) have onboarded

3. Best KOLs

Automatically ranked list of top-performing KOLs based on Month 1 performance.

  • Criteria: 97% post compliance & Less than 2% Sell Activity

4. Low Activity / Worst KOLs

Identify KOLs who are underperforming based on Month 1 performance.

  • Criteria: 60% post compliance & More than 50% Sell Activity

5. Malicious KOLs

Detect harmful behavior (e.g. dump and shill).

  • Criteria: 25% post compliance & More than 50% Sell Activity (within 7 days)

6. Inbox

View all pending KOL requests. This section is intended for high-priority messages only.

  • Note: Available in Pro plan only

7. Broadcast

Send messages or alerts to KOLs and partners.

  • Note: Pro plan required

8. KOLs Token Activity

Monitor token sell activity of individual KOLs.

  • Info Displayed: Total tokens sold & Tokens sold today

9. Recommended KOLs

Discover high-potential KOLs to collaborate with.

  • Sources: Cross-project performance & High ratings across multiple teams

10. Settings (Visible to Project Owners only)

Manage project settings and subscription.

  • Actions:

    • Add/remove managers

    • View or change plan (Upgrade or downgrade)

    • Access your current subscription plan

    • Check invite Links to PMs.
